The organic nest is carefully removed from the nest house by hand, cleaned of feathers and debris, and then washed in shape to preserve the original form. The nest then undergoes thermal processing to eliminate microbes before being shipped to Australia.
In our display boxes, HealthyNest Bird’s Nest is hand packed into clear boxes so you can inspect every aspect of the nest before purchasing. It is shelf stable as long as it is in a cool, dark place – the nests are packed with the lightest touch of moisture to prevent cracking and shattering of the nest.

The traditional choice – HealthyNest AAA nests are our best sellers, and for good reason. They are the perfect blend of excellent quality whole bowl nests at an excellent price. You can expect between 5 or 6 nests per tael of bird’s nest; though not the biggest, it is still a premium size.

This is our super premium range for customers who demand the best and biggest. AAAA whole cup nests are in the same category as the Ultimate Bird’s Nest, but just narrowly miss out on the size and shape characteristics. The result after cooking is just as good!

Our finest large, whole cup bird’s nest (typically between 8 g and 11 g per nest) in an exquisite gift box. You can observe the fine strands and natural curvature of each nest, and the edge thickness which indicate its cooking quality.
